How Do You Hear It?
The way we are taught to live in our culture is quite the opposite of what keeps us connected to our inner wisdom. The way we are taught to evaluate our experiences and observations, and the values we establish often come from the outside in. In the Energy Codes conversation, we are interested in aligning with, attuning to, and enhancing our ability to sense and feel what is happening from the inside out. That energy is actually more reliable than anything we can identify in the outer world and make our distinctions upon.
The raw energy of life is available to us all the time, and is vital force. It is the energy that allows us to engage in self-healing. It is the energy that allows us to be able to sense and trust our gut feelings, our intuitions, our inspirations. It helps us know what we receive is valid information, that it points us in the direction of our true path, the true course of nature intended for us.
When we’re interested in enhancing our intuition and awakening and embodying the energies within us, it becomes very important that we really lean into trusting this inner flow of energy. This inner flow is ultimately what will align us with our true path.
