Embodying the Light
How do we find Love, and how do we bring Love… even in the moments where it seems too hurtful, or too saddening, or separative? When we wonder, is it real? For me? How can I make it real?
We “make it real,” and we know it is real when we anchor Love in our consciousness. We can be that centered, grounded, anchored Light in all the circumstances that come our way. We are in a time of year that is the most intensely chaotic, the most probable of delivering challenging circumstances, and, ironically, the time at which nature is providing the most support. As the air is still, and the inward focus occurs in nature, the same is true for you. As nature would have it, there is always a balance in the Universe. So you can bet that when you are feeling the most stressed, there is more support available to you than any other time.
Just go inward and allow yourself to feel a life force flowing deeply within. Breathe it in. Feel it, see it, imagine it coming in through the top of your head as you inhale lovingly, deeply, and consciously down through your center and deep into your core. Exhale it out the bottom of your feet. Inhale again, and feel the Love drawn up into you from the earth, up your spine and into your heart. Feel it, that life force feeling of being Loved. Exhale out the crown of your head. And repeat (about a thousand times a day). 🙂
When you’re feeling stressed, you’re not embodying that support. When you remember to allow yourself to open, then you embody the Light, and in the embodiment of Light, you’re no longer seeking support, because your are that which would be supportive.
