Awakening in the Body

If your body is not in on the conversation that you are creative God-source energy, it will only ever be just another theory. We have to let it land in the body. That is what it is for. You came here, and you took a body–you didn’t just take a head!
 
We get to marry the mind with the body and through the breath, and the catalyst is Love. That is how it happens. Spirit moves through the body as breath; breath is spirit. It is the unseen, it is transformative. When we consciously bring together the mind and the body and breath, we awaken.
