As we look at the biggest picture, there’s the unified field of energy. This unified field is the combination of all things and all non-things. It’s the manifest and the unmanifest world. 

It’s everything there is. Nothing is missing. Yet we feel like something is missing when we are identified as the protective personality. We misperceive our ability to be a self-healer and heal. To be our “wholeness” in life and engage with others without reacting. 

If we identify as the one who generates our life experience, instead of responding to “out there,” we are able to manifest the life we desire. This is the truth of who we are. Yet we often forget to consciously identify as the self-healer…

The missing key—we are made of love. 

Because our circuits got established to perceive and receive love from out there to inside us, we often forget this truth. 

We land here on earth and “splat.” The mind goes one way, the body another and the breath yet another. We get attached to the mind, because it’s the one that has all the activity happening and, like a bright, shiny object, we’re attracted there. Pure awareness gets hooked on to the mind and we think that’s who we are. Then we live in our heads. 

Living life in reverse 

Because our awareness gets hooked on the mind, which is only one part of who we are, the mind perceives itself as “disconnected” from and unable to sense the deep core wisdom constantly landing in the brain in our gut. We then live life in reverse order. 

What is supposed to happen is…

• Your gut receives the truth all the time
• Your heart expands and opens the energies
• Your head compresses and focuses those energies

In that order. This allows us to expand from a compressed state so that we heal and make better decisions based on us as Creator of our life experience. Yet we do things in reverse when we live in our heads—attached to and thinking we are the mind. Thus we miss the Truth that…

Everything is energy, including us. Everything is simply energy vibrating at different frequencies. 

What happens when we come to earth is, we compress the energy that is the unified field. As you compress the energy more and more, you eventually get to physical matter, your body, the device you’re reading this on, or anything physical you see.

You are energy compressed into a body.

When we reverse the compression that created our physical form, our body, and expand again, we open to where there is more space between the particles. As we move out and allow more space between the particles, there’s an energy that can be felt and experienced. The more we open, the more those subtle nuances of energy can be perceived rushing through our system.

Eventually, we get to a most expansive energy which we call love.

Beyond the thinking mind or why love heals

The very first compression of the energy coming into form here on earth creates a vibration which is the vibrational frequency we call love. When you’re in the state we call love, you’re in the most expanded version of the manifest world it’s possible to be in. That is why love feels so good. 

That expanded state we call love is also where we heal. It’s why, when somebody does something or says something that just opens your heart and melts you open, you feel better. 

Rather than rely on “out there” to feel good or heal, remind yourself regularly, even in the midst of a perceived sense of challenge, or in a moment of focused concentration on the seriousness of life, that you are love. It’s not negating that life can be serious, but it can be joyful and serious. Life can be joyful and matter at the same time. 

As we remind ourselves, “I don’t have to contract and be so serious to make a good decision,” we make better decisions and we heal. The less contracted we are, the more we’re available to these subtle nuances of energies rushing through our system. This rush of energies is simply more of you, and, based on more of you being accessible, you make better decisions. You are able to heal.

We perceive a greater truth from a loving, embodied state because we’re not stuck in our head. Putting our body into sacred geometries, the practice of yoga, allows us to access this state of connection and open flow. 

There are 11 billion bits of information bombarding your system every millisecond. It’s as high of a frequency as it gets, and it’s rushing our way, all the time, for us to perceive it.

• It’s unconditional truth
• It is divine in nature
• It’s not filtered through a personality
• It’s unaltered—no one’s opinion 
• It’s multidimensional

When we’re stuck in our head, we’re simply unavailable to those energies that are bombarding us. We’re unavailable to our multidimensionality attempting to move through our system’s love vibrational frequency to arrive in our consciousness. When we are in our wholeness, there is nothing but well-being.

When we try to control circumstances, we compress ourselves beyond the degree that we’re intended to be living in. You open back up by remembering love. Love automatically takes you to this expanded state, so that you heal. So that you make a more aligned decision, even if you’re in the middle of an important or challenging decision making process.

My invitation is, ask yourself today, and tomorrow, and everyday—

“Can I be in this loving, expanded state and trust that the universe is providing me with the information I need?” 

Because it is.

Your wholeness

The universe consistently delivers billions of bits of unaltered information available for us to access anytime. However, it’s not arriving to our head—it arrives to our gut. 

The brain in your gut translates that information into impulses that become chemical impulses and neurological impulses. One way to enhance our ability to catch the information at our gut is through BodyAwake® Yoga so that those impulses rise and filter up through the heart, which energetically charges them into a different frequency. 

Those messages have the power to transcend your primitive brain and arrive all the way to the high brain centers. The centers where we come up with ideas and make decisions which are more aligned with a universal truth. 

To loop back, your head compresses and focuses. Your heart expands and opens. Your gut receives the truth all the time. 

To receive our wisdom, we start by realizing that, “When I breathe in my belly, I’m opening up to this gut level wisdom. When I breathe in my heart, I’m opening up to filtering the most expansive version of that information all the way up to my conscious attention.” 

In that expanded and anchored state, we not only heal in our body, we create collective ideas and projects that serve not only us, but the planet and our communities. Conscientious ideas and projects that care about people all over the world, because we’re all in this together. 

Until we realize that love, which is who we are, is more important than anything, we suffer on some level. 

We are here to discover and know love as the highest vibrational frequency. This is because it exists right at the edge of no compression at all—the unmanifest world. It’s the very first compression that starts to materialize all the way to the physical world and create the body you call, you. 

Choose love and it will choose for you the most expansive version of life that you can possibly imagine.
