How do we find Love, and how do we bring Love… even in the moments where it seems too hurtful, or too saddening, or separative? When we wonder, is it real? For me? How can I make it real?

We “make it real,” and we know it is real when we anchor Love in our consciousness. We can be that centered, grounded, anchored Light in all the circumstances that come our way. We are in a time of year that is the most intensely chaotic, the most probable of delivering challenging circumstances, and, ironically, the time at which nature is providing the most support. As the air is still, and the inward focus occurs in nature, the same is true for you. As nature would have it, there is always a balance in the Universe. So you can bet that when you are feeling the most stressed, there is more support available to you than any other time. 

Just go inward and allow yourself to feel a life force flowing deeply within. Breathe it in. Feel it, see it, imagine it coming in through the top of your head as you inhale lovingly, deeply, and consciously down through your center and deep into your core. Exhale it out the bottom of your feet. Inhale again, and feel the Love drawn up into you from the earth, up your spine and into your heart. Feel it, that life force feeling of being Loved. Exhale out the crown of your head. And repeat (about a thousand times a day). 🙂

When you’re feeling stressed, you’re not embodying that support. When you remember to allow yourself to open, then you embody the Light, and in the embodiment of Light, you’re no longer seeking support, because your are that which would be supportive.

Notice yourself noticing the beauty all around you this season. There is a part of you that can’t wait to come out to the surface of your life. Its total purpose is the moment that you say “Yes.”
 
Your soulful being Self–the real You–is sitting there waiting for you to simply give it permission to completely join the party, to completely come out and start living life. The “you” that would be giving it permission, ironically, is not the real you. It’s just that one that’s been “enduring” life, that’s been protecting you through life, and has been trying to “get through” the holidays. If it has been feeling that way to you, you’ve been identified as the “protector” personality, the ego.
 
Although the ego is sometimes essential, it is when we identify as that, and lose ourselves in that (and we think that’s who we really are) that we get into pain and trouble. The real you is waiting for the personality to give it permission to emerge.

Engage the holidays as if you are the essence (which you are), lovingly observing the personality. Right now is a time that you can break the bond of that identity being “stuck” in the personality, and drop into your Self more easily than any other time of the year. It is right Now.

If you could be in charge of the Holidays, what Joy would you create? I hope you are feeling that Joy. Because you know what? You are in charge of it all. You’re in charge of your entire holiday experience. You’re in charge of what happens, and you’re in charge of the amount of Joy that you allow to pour through you at this time of the year. And, of course, throughout the whole year.

So how do we master that? How do we decide to have it be Joyful?

We can listen constantly and carefully for how we interpret anything – everything – and choose to do it Joyfully. The holidays are steeped in abundance, and it’s up to us to experience that abundance and to feel that in our core. We can plug into that any time we want.

During these holidays, in the hustle and bustle, amid crowds and business… will we find and allow the Joy in it? Will we bring it out? Will we catch it? Will you?

As always, it is up to us. There is an opportunity for you to be in your own splendor right now to a greater degree than you have the support to do any other time of the year.
