DAY 1 Practices:
Slow your mind by slowing your breath. Take deep belly breaths, counting to eight on the inhale and exhale.
Notice when your mind starts writing a “story” - Make note of any judgements, worry, comparisons, etc. and how it feels in your body.
Score your practice - Make a mark each time you practice the exercises above.
DAY 1 Challenge Action:
