How will I get paid?
After creating your affiliate account, you can enter your PayPal email address. All payments are payed quarterly after the initial launch payment. You must have a W8 or W9 on file with us in order to be paid.
How do you track sales?
After someone clicks on your affiliate link, they will be taken to our website, and a cookie remembers the visitor for up to 90 days.
What is your cookie policy?
We are first cookie. This means if two affiliates promote on the same day at the same time, credit will be given to the person who generates the first click on their link. The cookie will remain in place for 90-days.
Can you make a payment outside of paypal?
Yes we can do this for US residents. Please email us at [email protected] and we're happy to help you with this.
What if an order gets refunded?
Refunded orders are removed from your generated sales, so you do not earn commission on refunded orders.
If you have already been paid commission on an order that later is refunded, the commission will be deducted from your next payment.
Can I use my affiliate link on my own orders?
No, the affiliate program is designed to help compensate people for promoting our service. It's not designed to give clients a discount.
Using your affiliate link for your own orders is not allowed and will result in your commission being removed and your affiliate account being disabled.
Are there any restrictions on using the affiliate link?
Please do not promote your affiliate link in the following ways:
- Do not make any false claims about our services. Make sure anything your write or say about our service is accurate.
- Do not send your affiliate link in emails that are collected without the consent of the person receiving the email.
- Do not put your affiliate link on any website that promotes gambling, adult material, or pharmaceuticals.
- Do not use any URL redirect to your affiliate link.
- You cannot signup for our services using your own affiliate link.
