Attire & Packing:
Dress comfortably for the course in something you can move around in. You’ll be up and out of your chair plenty! We also recommend/request that you bring the following items:

- Comfortable walking shoes and attire
- Comfortable active wear (for Poolside Yoga / BodyAwake)
- Clothes you don’t mind getting wet (surprise, surprise!) for Sunday afternoon
