Room blocks have been reserved under the name Morter Institute. Please call the hotel and reference our group name to receive a discounted rate. Room rates at the Homewood Suites-Keystone Crossing are $129 for double occupancy and include breakfast, but no hotel shuttle is available to The Montage. Room rates at the Courtyard-Castleton are $119 and $129 with shuttle service to/from The Montage or $104 and $114 without shuttle service, based on double occupancy.
If you are interested in sharing the room/cost with a roommate, please call the office and you will be put in touch with one another on a first come, first serve basis.

Ground Transportation:
Car rental is the most convenient and inexpensive ground transportation option. Check with the airport’s Ground Transportation Center (GTC) on Level 1 of the Parking Garage upon arrival to make arrangements, or reserve in advance online at a rental car agency. If you need a ride from the airport to the hotel you can use either the taxi service available at the airport, UBER or the following car service:

If you would like to share a ride with another participant, or you are driving and have the space to accommodate other individual(s), call the office and you will be put in touch with each other.
Attire & Packing:
Dress comfortably for the course in something you can move around in. You’ll be up and out of your chair plenty! We also recommend/request that you bring the following items:
- A light jacket or sweater for layering, as the evenings can be cool
- Comfortable walking shoes and attire
- Comfortable active wear (for Yoga/BodyAwake)
- Yoga Mat
- Water bottle
Private Sessions with Dr. Sue
Dr. Sue has a limited number of Private Sessions available during the retreat. The cost is $300 for a 30-minute session. To reserve your spot, please call 855-872-8700 with your credit card information to pre-pay.
