Breathe Your Self Awake
There are many types of breathwork that activate parts of the body and aspects of your consciousness for different reasons at various times, all of which energize the process of waking up parts of the brain and aspects of your consciousness that have been sitting dormant. It’s time to bring it all up to consciousness, to bring all of You to the party. Bring all of You to the moment.
If the dormant aspects of you were awake, they would be contributing to the recipe of how you perceive things, and you would see more wholeness in that which you have judged. But those parts of you may not have been accessed. It isn’t just that these parts of you are shut down – they just haven’t been awakened. Breathwork (like something as simple as the Central Channel Breath) nudges them awake.
If you want peace, you bring peace. If you want illumination, you bring the illumination. If you want to see something from a bigger perspective, you’re already activating those parts of the brain that allow you to do that. Now breath! 🙂
