How We Get “Unstuck”

If we feel that we’ve been wrestling something for a number of years, thinking “this situation keeps reoccurring;” or “I constantly have a problem with relationships;” or “I constantly have an issue with money;” or “I have constantly been dealing with a long-term health condition” … These things are all true only because energy has been stuck in a particular pattern, and it’s been percolating there. And that pattern can change.

The way that you’re going to know how to get that to happen isn’t going to be with your mind only. It isn’t going to be with your intellect. It isn’t even going to be with just your forgiving heart.

It’s going to be with you mastering a language in the body that you weren’t aware of and utilizing before. It is for you to learn to notice what is happening, where it’s happening, what is moving, and what is not moving, energetically, within this body.

Perhaps now it’s time for that pattern to move on to a new flow. We get to choose!
