When we start to consciously create, when we make decisions based on what feels good in the core, we may experience friction.
Why friction? Because it is not the same vibration of reality that we had created before, that we were used to operating from. So, we can make these beautifully-feeling decisions, and observe that it creates struggle. Then we get to be more focused on breathing it in the body, having it, getting it in the cells, and embodying it. More and more of it then becomes familiar to the tissues, to the circuitry, and to how we process information in the brain and in the body.
Soon, fewer and fewer of those beautiful-feeling decisions will create struggle, because more and more of You is already relating to the front side of the model. More and more of You has become able to metabolize information that way, and struggle is no longer part of the experience.
When do you know that you’re choosing from your core? How does it feel?
